Room Sharing Explained:
- Shared bookings are available for all room types – please mind the bed setup at booking.
- If you’d like to share with your partner or a friend, simply add their name at checkout so we can pair you together.
- Traveling solo? We’ll match you with another participant of the same gender (unless you request otherwise).
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival (Nov 19, 2025).
- 30% refund up to 14 days before arrival (Dec 5, 2025).
- No refund less than 14 days before arrival.
Free booking transfers: You can transfer your booking to another participant up to 30 days before departure at no extra charge.
